Danielle Elston is a nationally recognised strategist, facilitator, and educator on public value and system design. With two decades of experience as a senior executive in the South Australian public sector, she is recognised for her expertise in crisis coordination, system reform, and high-stakes delivery.
Danielle is the host of The Westminster Tradition, Australia's leading podcast on government, governance, and public sector reform. She teaches leadership and system design for the Australian and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA), and Flinders University, and chairs South Australia's Community Services Portable Long Service Leave Board.
Danielle has worked across health, justice, education and social policy portfolios and now advises Boards and executive teams across Australia. Danielle is trusted for her ability to cut through chaos, stabilise delivery environments, and bring credibility and momentum when pressure is high.
Corrinna is a former public sector executive with extensive experience in regulatory reform, compliance and enforcement, integrity agencies, and complaint resolution. With a background as a private sector lawyer (LLB Hons) and public sector leader, she has a deep understanding of how systems function and what it takes to drive meaningful change with integrity and sound judgement. She has established an executive coaching practice and created educational content on modern career transitions, leadership, and organisational culture for clients both in Australia and internationally. Corrinna is known for her calm, clear approach and unwavering focus on delivering results in complex, high-pressure environments.

James McComb is a highly experienced human resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in employee relations, investigations, workforce reform and restructures. His extensive background spans both the public and private sectors, including work within trade unions, and covering a diverse range of industries. Throughout his career, James has demonstrated proficiency in advocating for government agencies, employers, and employees in state and federal employment tribunals. He specialises in individual case management, excelling in workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary procedures. With a strategic mindset and analytical approach, James aligns HR practices with business objectives to drive effective workforce reform and organisational restructuring. His commitment to delivering efficient outcomes in complex and high-pressure situations has earned him a reputation for providing valuable insights and guidance to organisations seeking impactful HR solutions.

Jarrah has over ten years' experience working across government, politics and the private sector. She has served as chief-of-staff to a Parliamentarian and has worked across Commonwealth and Victorian government departments and statutory bodies. She has experience in administrative law, regulatory reviews, and compliance operations. Jarrah has also spent time in the not-for-profit and disability sectors, building local community through creative projects. Jarrah brings an interdisciplinary approach to her work. With her grounding in law (LLB) and fine arts (BFA), she approaches problems with both technical skill and creative curiosity. A skilled translator of culture and systems, she loves to give voice to others.
